STUART CUMMINGS
Senior Counsel
Stuart has a vast degree of experience in all areas of family law including relationship property, spousal maintenance, care of children and family protection. He is experienced in giving advice in organising assets to minimise the risk of potential relationship property claims.
Stuart is a member of the Family Courts Association and Convener of the Family Law Committee of The Law Association.
He has acted in many high profile cases. He has appeared on both television, radio, and other social media.
AMY MALONE
Barrister
Amy joined Surrey Chambers in July 2016 after five years as an associate in a national law firm. With over 15 year's experience, advising clients on relationship property, care of children and estate litigation, with specific focus on mediation, Court proceedings, contracting out agreements.
Amy ensures she continues with her education through regular attendance at family law conferences and seminars to so that she is at the cutting edge of any new developments in the law.
SHONA CHRISTIE
Legal Assistant
Shona has over30 years' experience as a legal assistant working in various areas of law, specifically relationship property.
Shona has worked for major law firms in New Zealand and London. She worked for a Kings Counsel for over ten years before joining Surrey Chambers in April 2022.
Shona is responsible for the management of Surrey Chambers, including accounts, providing assistance to both Stuart and Amy and is the first point of contact for clients.
